Hotel Ella is set in a Greek revival mansion built in 1900, with 47 guest rooms split between the original mansion and a 1980s North Wing addition. The Mansion Petite Suites feature king beds, floor-to-ceiling French doors opening to a shared balcony, and 47-inch LED TVs. Premiere Poolside rooms include private patios overlooking the courtyard pool. All rooms come with custom-designed furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Nespresso machines. Some rooms have bathtubs upon request.
Southern-Inspired Dining
Goodall's Kitchen serves farm-to-table Texan cuisine, with dishes like charred octopus with avocado and ricotta hotcakes. Breakfast includes yogurt parfaits with housemade praline crumble.
